What Are You Tolerating?

Are you putting up with tolerations that are constantly annoying you? We all have things that get in our way and keep us from living our finest life. Do you know what drains you and what gives you energy? Take a look at the main areas of home, work and family and get ready to zap some tolerations at lightening speed!

TOLERATIONS AT HOME:

We all have annoyances in our homes that drive us crazy. You probably know how frustrating it is when you can’t find your scissors or a pen and scratch paper anywhere when you need them. Are you wading through too much clutter? Do you know what is in your refrigerator? You may even be living with a huge toleration such as disliking your geographic location. ? Do you have a stack of papers that need to be filed?

When things get out of hand in our homes, we tend to become unfocused and exhausted.

TOLERATIONS IN RELATIONSHIPS: Relationship tolerations can become a huge drain in our lives and can create a great deal of friction. Do you find yourself in a one-way relationship where you give more time and energy to someone than they give back to you? Do you associate mainly with people who totally drain you? Do you find that you have no time to do the things in life that bring you pleasure because others demand too much of you? When was the last time you communicated with important family members and friends? How many friends and family do you touch base with only through an annual holiday letter?

Take some time to evaluate the important relationships in your life and set aside time to nurture them. When someone is on your mind, pick up the phone and call them. If they are on your mind, there might be a good reason for it. Perhaps you need to take a little more time in the evening to play with your children or spend time with your partner.

To live a toleration-free life, you will find yourself becoming content, beginning to relax more, and having more fun. Getting rid of those tolerations can be uncomfortable at times, especially when it deals with other people. Boundaries have to be set and needs met. Self discipline will come into play at times, and it’s not always easy.

Dear viewer,

I am almost late to work because I use the computer until 8.35.

Today OT again. Actually I was suppose to meet mushuang out but then because got OT, then end up not meeting her.

Yesterday xin yi and hui jin came and took photo with me.

During OT period, what I did mostly was packing. going from my counter to where bila is to chirstopher to clarance to IRIS there.

After work, we walk to the MRT station in a group. Some of them went to buy coffee bean to drink then I was playing with IRIS.. Scoccer.

After that I saw clarance went to sit with jia min. WOOh. I go and take their photo. Wah. Jia min chase after me seh. HAHAS. But she didn't catch up with me. WAKakkaa.. Long time I never run le. The feeling is so different.

Dear reader,
Last day for school, first lesson, we have maths. Mrs Khoo and ask us do we have anything want to us her. Next lesson was history. I was on the way to the com lab and I saw Ms wendy wong. I was walking very slow already. she suddenly walked very fast and then she began to speak to me. Where you going to. I immediately point in front, I bet she can't really see my hand. It's quite of a surprise to see her talked to me. Then mei fern quickly say Good morning to Ms wong. Then mei fern say history lesson.
During the history lesson, Miss koh is telling us this is our last lesson and so on and tell us again and again that she know history is a 0.5 subject. She seem to be talking about probability. hahas. Wah, she keep repeating many things. She say she bought all the N-level history from the bookshop so that the auntie will not get any losses. Then ask we haven buy , buy from her. Left with four books with her. Then keep saying lucky from the 8 books she bought, she manage to get back the 4 books money. I thinks she have repeat this for about 3 times already. I remember the class ask her is she very rich, then she say she is very poor. hahas, where got teacher so poor . Then she told the class that she have saved up for quite long before she could buy a car and everyday she drives to school and hardly spend money on other things. Then the class ask her how much she spend a day in school . Then she say she spend very little money on food because she bring food from homes. Wao, she sound so poor. Yesterday, assembly, I recalled she say the cip thing in other countries. She say she can cooked, Teo jin ling can cook and Ms Ng.
Talking about Ms ng, I remember she came in to the class and teach us Bio because Miss Kwan did not come. She looks so serious when she teach. I always thought she is another type of teacher. hahas.
Next lesson was F&N. We were released very early like 10 minutes before recess because she say we have been very attentive in class.
Next lesson was physic, Miss lim was going through paper with the class. Bio lesson, we were having group work. AT 1pm, wei lin, ming hui , daphne and some other students went for Dental check up. Hahas. I'm Glad that I need not to go.
